Our O2P service offers significant advantages by merging the benefits of outsourcing and headhunting with the financial efficiencies and stability of payrolling. This structure allows our clients to have an extended evaluation period with their new developers, enabling them to make informed decisions about permanent integration into their teams.

How it works

The process begins with our standard outsourcing service. After 12 months of collaboration, developers can transition to a payroll arrangement, allowing our clients to realize an average of 40% cost savings. Hitower BV will handle all administrative payrolling tasks, ensuring a smooth and seamless transition.

Additionally, developers will still have the option to utilize Hitower’s infrastructure for a nominal fee if they prefer not to move to a home office during the payroll phase.
